A safe, confidential space to feel heard, understood and accepted — face to face in London and online via Zoom.
Welcome, and thank you for visiting WeCare Counselling & Mentoring Services.
Offering compassionate, professional and person-centred counselling — face to face in London and online via Zoom to suit your needs — for anxiety, stress, depression, grief, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Disorders, Agoraphobias and life’s transitions.
My name is Dazia Biggs, and I am a qualified counsellor with a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Counselling and a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). At WeCare Counselling & Mentoring Services, you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about your thoughts, feelings and experiences — walking alongside you as you explore your concerns, gain greater self-awareness, and discover your own strengths and solutions.

Counselling takes place in a safe, confidential space, where you can be heard with empathy and without judgement. Thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely and in confidence.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you — helping you feel more confident, resilient and empowered to navigate life’s challenges, at a pace that feels right for you.
Together we work towards greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies and practical tools — helping you move towards the life you want to live, with renewed confidence and hope.
My approach is collaborative and person-centred, meaning that you remain at the heart of the process. Whether you are seeking counselling to explore emotional and psychological difficulties, or mentoring to develop confidence, direction and practical strategies, I offer a supportive space tailored to your individual needs, goals and personal circumstances — and we work together at a pace that feels right for you.
Throughout my training and professional development, I have supported people facing a wide range of difficulties, including:
Anxiety, stress and overwhelm
Depression and low mood
Low self-esteem and confidence
Grief, loss and bereavement
Trauma and difficult experiences
Relationship difficulties
Work stress and burnout
Life transitions and change
Making sense of your life
Confidence, direction and goals
